About Julie Morgan

Julie Morgan has found strong and steady success in the real estate industry over the past 33 years. Her diverse experience includes Residential, Commercial, Construction, Investment Portfolios and Leasing.

Julie is a third generation Realtor. Her Grandmother was one of the first female brokers in Ohio, and her parents owned several Century 21 franchises in eastern Ohio, two of which her and her siblings still operate. Of her 9 siblings, 5 are Realtors!

Julie treats every client and transaction with care, honesty, and integrity. It is her goal to make sure clients have a smooth and pleasant buying/selling experience, and she is passionate about that! Julie exudes positive energy and friendliness, and makes people feel instantly at ease. Many of her clients have become life-long friends, and much of her business has come from their referrals! Julie works hard to assist each client with all the resources and information they need before AND after closing….her service doesn’t end at the closing!

Julie has been very active in her church, The Columbus Board of Realtors, charitable organizations, served on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Association of Realtors and several committees at the Columbus Board of Realtors. Julie led a team of 8 licensed agents.
